I absolutely love this place. It is one of my favorite Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas. I have been coming here for years and the food tastes great and the prices are even better. I was excited when they made it through Covid. Ever since Covid everything is now serviced in take out boxes even while dining in but that doesn't bother me especially since their portions are so large that I need a box to go anyway.

We didn't really celebrate my birthday this year because I happened to have a medical procedure on the day that I just could not reschedule so we decided to try Golden Flower Chinese Cuisine because I didn't want to break my "noodles on your birthday" tradition and because it was on the way home from said procedure. We didn't order ahead, we came into the restaurant to place our order, which we saw other people do as well while we waited. The restaurant is cute and kind of gave me a flashback in time. This place really reminds me of going out to Chinese food as a kid in the 90's. That's not a dig either, I liked the familiar feeling of the place. There weren't any people dining in, but we did see at least 4 people come to order and pick up already ordered items in the 20 min we waited. The person who took our order was super friendly and really hospitable. We felt awkward sitting at a table and waiting but she said it was really ok and I heard it in her voice that it was. I really appreciated that, especially with my leg in a brace. When she brought us our food, she told us that they had included some egg rolls as well, on the house. I was like, did she know it was my birthday? LOL! Much appreciated and we enjoyed them, especially with the mustard. Everything was packed really well. The food was very good. I wasn't a huge fan of the fried items because they were quite oily, but that could have been a me thing because my stomach can't really handle oily foods. My husband was all about the chicken wings and my dad loved the eggrolls. The noodles were what I was after and I wasn't disappointed. The Hong Kong chow mein was excellent, as well as the beef chow fun. They do not skimp on the protein here and I really appreciated that. I'm glad this place is close to where we live and we happen to pass by it a bit so we will absolutely be back in!

I have been searching for a good Chinese food restaurant for several years since moving to Las Vegas. Golden Flower exceeded my expectations. Delicious fresh food, reasonably priced and huge portion. From now on, this will be the only Chinese restaurant for me!

My new favorite spot for Chinese!!! Awesome staff and delicious sizzling rice soup. Plus there was enough for the next day! The ambiance was very pleasing to the eye. Fully satisfied, I'll be back! Something interesting they do is, all drinks come in to go containers, but there's a notice by the store entrance inside.

I have been driving across town to eat here for many years and I am very thankful that they survived throughout the Covid nightmare. You can rest assured that no matter what you order it will be delicious! I am still trying new things from their menu because I sometimes stick to getting the same menu items. In my opinion some of the best fishes are ANY of their family combo options! I am listing what I have tried throughout the years, well my favorite dishes that I have enjoyed! Mmmmm yum. I want it I crave their Chinese/Cantonese/Mandarin style food. SCORE! First visit and man oh man what a site. After 7:30pm on a Tuesday and you get the place to yourself. It's big enough that you could share with a couple dozen others. Our hostess was incredible. We decided we needed to get home and she was gracious enough to invite us to sit and enjoy a drink and our food would be 10-15 minutes, if we were interested. We were and she was right on the money! Mrs. E. was ecstatic to find Strawberry chicken on the menu and ordered it before anyone else was ready. You had to be there, it was freaking hilarious. I went with the cashew chicken which was great except the broth. Portions were very generous, price was more than kind. They keep the restaurant dimly lit making it comfortable and cozy. 05/24
